Whether you live in Palma Ceia or Hyde Park, or work in Downtown Tampa, whether you’re new to fitness or a lifer, at CAMP you’ll be part of a #fitfam. It’s the coolest CAMP in town where you get to choose your own adventure.
Our environmentally-conscious facilities include a fully-stocked General Store with seriously cool merch, snacks and beverages, lockers (to keep your stuff), showers (to, um, clean your stuff) and communal areas to hang.
Circuit
CAMP Circuit is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) guaranteed to satisfy your SASS (Short Attention Span Syndrome) and get you in shape.
Cycle
Let the good times roll as you feel the rhythm of the road and the power of the pack riding to the beat or racing your besties in our state of the art studio.
sculpt
The hottest workout in Tampa gets even hotter in this high energy, music-driven workout that’s always evolving and constantly moving. You’ll be barefoot on your mat jumping, pulsing, squatting, and burning your way through the most challenging class you’ve ever loved.
yoga
Powerful or serene, CAMP Yoga has a class for every mood and every goal. Getting your sweat on in an uplifting, airy space, you’ll never want to leave.
Stations
CAMP’s Stations workout is the next frontier - serious strength training as a grown-up obstacle course. Make your way through a series of the most innovative strength and cardio equipment anywhere. P.s. don’t forget athletic closed-toes shoes!
Happy Little Campers
CAMP isn’t just for the big kids! While you’re having fun with our grown-up activities, your little campers will have a place to play, too. When you sign up for a class online, you can sign up YOU 2.0 for childcare.
We accommodate campers from 1 year old to 8 years at a minimal cost of $9/camper. Packages available for a lower rate per session.
Reservations for Child Care are highly recommended, but we’re happy to take walk-ins when space allows. (If you are a no-show without cancelling ahead, it’s a loss of a Child Care Credit, but you can just take it out of their allowance, right?)
