CAMP Stations is an exhilarating, fast-paced class where you hustle through stations for short bursts of activity. You never know what’s coming next - could be sleds, versaclimbers, rowers, assault bikes, ski-erg (ooh, skiing in Florida!), kettlebells, climbing ropes, battle ropes, monkey bars, Sorinex rigs... We could go on, or you could just book a class and join the most FUN-ctional class under the sun.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
75-minute class with the best of both worlds - strength & conditioning. Expect to spend more time at more intense levels, in strength based exercises to build muscle then push your limits and gain endurance when you condition. This class focuses heavily on technique and mobility to take you to the next level in the Stations program.
Flex = new flexible scheduling, same consistent ass-kicking. No need to pre-book. Just walk on up. Every 10 minutes, six CAMPers head in for a 30-minute, full-body workout.
CAMP is a playground for big kids (that’s YOU). We have all the best equipment and we’re adding more all the time. Sorinex Strength and Conditioning Rigs, Concept 2 Rowers, Concept 2 Ski-Ergs, Rogue Assault Bikes, VersaClimbers, Ropes, Weights, Sleds, and of course Balls, because what’s a playground without balls?
You’re gonna sweat (a lot). We’ve got you covered. Literally. Fresh, clean towels provided to all CAMPers. (Towels enhanced with anti-snapping technology to prevent unpleasant locker room flashbacks.)
Like we just said, you’re going to sweat (see the towel stuff). With so much water going out, you'll need to get it back in. Bring your own bottle and fill it with our filtered-water (only the best for our CAMPers), or buy bottled water at the CAMP general store.
No need to hide your stuff under your bunk. Just stash your prized possessions in our combination lockers before class and don’t worry about a thing. Except, of course, remembering the combination.
No one wants to leave CAMP, but when you do, you’ll leave smelling like a Spring day. We’ve got five showers onsite, as well as a full inventory of bath and body products. There will be no signs of your intense workout. Red Rover, Red Rover, send hottie right over!
