CAMP is about fun, but it’s more than that. No one ever leaves CAMP the same as they were when they arrived. CAMP Yoga is a transformative experience, perfect for the beginner and the seasoned yogi alike. No matter your personality or preference, there’s a class for you. In our naturally-lit, environmentally-friendly studios, you can choose the style that fits your goals. Our highly-qualified, certified instructors will safely guide you through a practice that will strengthen your core, improve your balance, and heal your soul.
Some like it hot, some like it not.
Our heated classes, set at approximately 95 degrees Fahrenheit, relaxes tight muscles, allowing you to safely go deeper into the poses and work out the kinks caused by the stress of daily life. It promotes circulatory health and helps the body rid itself of toxins through sweat. It elevates your core temperature, causing you to burn more calories in your practice. And you all look damn hot when you’re sweaty. Not that we’re watching.
But hey, we live in Tampa, and heat is not in short supply. If you’re not into that front row campfire feeling, our reduced heated classes aren’t quite as toasty. See below for approximate temperatures.
An all-level, whole-body practice that focuses on strengthening and stretching major muscle groups through static postures connected by strong, mindful movements. This practice is particularly transformative as breath and alignment are emphasized to guide you through. Start with Root if this is your first time to hot yoga, but even the seasoned practitioners will get a challenge from this class.
An energetic, hot vinyasa flow class. This faster-paced, movement-based practice is cardio-vascular in nature and asks a bit more from your upper body. Postures are linked from one to the next both by breath and moving through upward and downward dog. It is recommended to have some prior yoga experience before jumping into this class.
HIP HOP FLOW
A fast paced hot vinyasa flow class to your favorite hip hop jams. You'll be guided to access your untapped potential, and find a challenging practice with a fun approach. Warning: language disclaimer.
Blend brings your heart rate up with an intense, beat-blasting ride on our state-of-the-art cycles, and then calms you down with a unique strengthening and stretching yoga session tailored to open the areas of the body chronically tightened by your workout. It’s the perfect combination of powerful and profound.
This slow-paced practice allows you to work beyond your muscles and get into deep connective tissues by releasing tension in the musculature through movement and breathing techniques. With reduced heat and therapeutic in nature, you’ll leave this class feeling relaxed and refreshed - like you just gave yourself a deep tissue massage. All levels welcome.
A chance to explore inversions, arm balances and build strength in your practice. The sequence will pull postures from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of Ashtanga Yoga along side playful music. A safe place to explore your limitations in the practice. Class is limited to 30 people.
POWER FLOW & CHILL
45 minutes of upbeat powerflow, followe by 30 minutes of restorative poses to refresh and renew the mind and body.
HOT CARDIO SCULPT
Total body work out! 50 minutes of a HIIT based class incorporating isometric movements you would find in Barre & Mat Pilates. We use handweights, fast paced movements and a heated room to get your heart rate up. This class brings the energy with upbeat music and a serious challenge! Get ready to sweat.
There’s never a danger of being the kid with the oldest mat at CAMP, because we have all-rubber recyclable Manduka mats for rent for $2. Good for the environment, good for your body and good for your bank account.
No one wants to slide from a downward facing dog into a flat dog. That’s why we have super-absorbent, freshly-laundered mat towels for rent for $2. (They're also very snuggly, in case you decide to take a nap during savasana.)
You’re gonna sweat (a lot). We’ve got you covered. Literally. Fresh, clean towels provided to all CAMPers. (Towels enhanced with anti-snapping technology to prevent unpleasant locker room flashbacks.)
Like we just said, you’re going to sweat (see the towel stuff). With so much water going out, you'll need to get it back in. Bring your own bottle and fill it with our filtered-water (only the best for our CAMPers), or buy bottled water at the CAMP general store.
No need to hide your stuff under your bunk. Just stash your prized possessions in our combination lockers before class and don’t worry about a thing. Except, of course, remembering the combination.
No one wants to leave CAMP, but when you do, you’ll leave smelling like a Spring day. We’ve got five showers onsite, as well as a full inventory of bath and body products. There will be no signs of your intense workout. Red Rover, Red Rover, send hottie right over!.
